Premier League Treble Sunday November 7
The final games before the next international break take place this weekend, with a lot of football on Sunday, due to European fixtures this week. It is on Sunday where we focus on the football, with three games forming our Sunday Premier League treble across the day.
Arsenal v Watford
We have seen a completely different Arsenal team over the last few weeks, they are really growing into a team that could challenge for the top four, something that looked a long way off after three games, when fans were calling for Mikel Arteta to be sacked.
What Arsenal have back is an attacking pride, and the ability to look dangerous many times during the game. They are showing glimpses of being a free scoring team, and against Watford, they can put that to good use and find the back of the net more than once.
The last time Watford played a good attacking side, they conceded five against Liverpool. This Arsenal line up isn’t that good yet but is good enough to win with ease. We are backing Arsenal to win both halves in this one, to start the treble.
Everton v Tottenham
Spurs have brought Antonio Conte into the club, a man who certainly looks capable of being able to turn them around and should be able to get this club going again over the next few months. However, he’s not had much time, if any at all, to work with the players given that they playing in the Europa Conference League on Thursday.
That means this will be the same personnel as well as a similar line up in terms of tactics and ideas, because Conte simply hasn’t had the chance to change anything.
Everton haven’t been in good form themselves, which is a worry, and they come here on the back of three defeats in a row, after a promising start. This could simply be a case of neither side being good enough to win the game, and for that reason, we are siding with the draw in this one, a result that both would probably settle for.
West Ham v Liverpool
Two teams playing very well at the minute, with plenty of excitement and the ability to score goals between them. We like goals here, and given that both played in Europe this week, and things may slow down in the second half, we are going to go to the first half goals market.
Liverpool do not know anything other than attacking, while West Ham are at their best when they are on the front foot. Both teams have creative players but also great finishing ability, so we are betting on goals, and betting on them to come early.
The bet we like here is over 1.5 total goals in the first half, meaning two or more need to be scored in the first 45 minutes. Both teams are expected to start fast and look to take control, lets hope they finish their chances.
